How I believe God heals people

I believe the reason God is able to heal people is because the love of God has healing properties. The times in my life, where I felt God’s love, we’re the times in my life, where I recovered the most from my health issues and when I first encountered the love of Jesus ate age 14, I was cured from two severe medical conditions, one of which was life threatening.

And a few years after that, I reversed another life threatening medical condition and in the last 4 years, I’ve been cured from at least 2 life threatening medical conditions, and a 3rd condition that is potentially life threatening. I also reversed many mental, spiritual, emotional and psychological issues by being exposed to the love of God, and if God did not help me I would be either dead or in jail or addicted to drugs.

Like all those kids with deadly diseases praying every day, hoping they are healed. Then when they die, people are all like "God works in mysterious ways." I'm not bashing your religion or even saying your beliefs are wrong because nobody knows for certain what is and isn't real, I'm just saying that even the most religious people will still suffer a painful death when ill. It's kinda like a placebo effect to me, you believe that God is healing you but you're still sick, you're just happier while sick. My grandfather is a pastor, he's needed a hip replacement for SEVEN YEARS, instead of getting it replaced, he prays God will handle it. He can barely walk. I just think maybe God can heal people, but you should still see a doctor.

The Lord givith, and the Lord taketh away. I was healed after being very sick and was bedbound fit 16 years! The I went to a wellness center for six months and was all better. For 2-1/2 years I was fine. Then I got very sick again and still am I'll.

God works in mysterious ways, many times he’ll point you in the right direction. For example, he has started to cure my OCD by showing me Ashwagandha and St John’s Wort supplements.

From my personal experience they work way better than the typical crappy psychiatric medications. But each person is different.

I'm a Christian, have read parts of the bible, I hear what your saying, god has decided to take care of you. But why didn't god take care of that catastrophe in Kentucky, Why all those people dead, he picks and chooses?

But I find it funny how everyone keeps blaming God for bad things without understanding that Satan and demons cause sickness and death as well. Even christians can have demons. Renounce em.

I do agree with your statement about how God doesn't stop bad things because y'know free will and all that. But your whole "If everyone was christian, there'd be no wars" yeah I heavily doubt that because there's Christians that are honestly horrible people and also, Christians have started wars and killed thousands in wars they started.

I just have a hard thing believing that god really cares about the well fair of people… after all he ordered the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of men woman and children…. And Karen over here is like “god is so great, he healed my asthma”…. Like child slaves and starving to death are an after thought.
