Jesus said that those who are evil are incapable of saying anything good because what comes into the heart, comes out of the mouth so I believe that:
Blasphemy comes when your purposes in life are evil because when your purposes are evil, your judgment becomes clouded and you became incapable of discerning between good and evil at an emotional level since that would involve having to discern your own motives as evil leading to self-condemnation.
So to discern God’s goodness, virtue and holiness you must have purposes that are both good and honourable, otherwise you bad purposes will contaminate your judgment and you might end up blaspheming God in your blindness and inability to correctly judge situations, contexts, people and personalities.
