In my situation the tarot cards were mostly true and coincidental because sometimes they didn't matched.
By the way I also lost 2 years in a wrong major then I switched it. Now I'm a sophomore and my childhood friend got Bachelor's degree this year.
She keeps uploading the status bragging about how she got into the Masters for post graduate. It pains me because my life plans are different and the fact that she's 2 years ahead of me now. I hate the fact that she is successful because she SPARED NO CHANCE TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A LOSER.

That's the wrong question -- It's not that they're "true" or "false" -- or "work" vs. "don't work" -- They're just one of many, many tools used for all sorts, and all shades of divination and intuitive purposes. It's not as solid or straight forward (like a magic-8 ball type of answer) but more fluid, and nebulous and tends to "steer" one in a particular 'understanding' or 'insight' -- and is aided or hampered by many other situational or environmental variables, subject to the inherit skills or experience of the tarot reader, among other things. Tarot reading isn't just something one can pick-up overnight... it actually has a learning curve and demands a bit of studying and digesting the various cards and their nuanced, layered meanings.

I mean to clarify Tarot cards are true in the sense you can buy things in real life called Tarot Cards. But. Really and Truly. Just a coincidence.
