What religion did you follow and why did u unfollow it?
I was christian until some time in my early teens.
I had an interest in religion and spirituality at the time. And I participated in forum conversations and listened to Youtube formal debates and response videos.
The more I listened, the more I found that the arguments I had to support my religion simply didn't hold water. I used all the same terrible arguments I regularly see still used by theists today.
I found that the only theist speakers who were able to defend my positions in the discussions I was reading/listening to, were only able to do so by using dishonest tactics, lies, evading questions, etc.
The combination of me becoming disillusioned with the bad arguments I was using, combined with the sliminess of allied theists, was what finally got me to drop my religious beliefs.
If theists were right, they would just represent their arguments honestly, but that's not the state of religious apologetics we see today.

I wasn’t religious as a kid. When my grandparents would visit, I would attend church with them, and I would try to believe what they did. But even from a young age, even sitting in Christian camps where they would talk about the Bible, I remember just thinking how stupid the whole concept was.
I used to like the idea of animism, or looking into Japanese Shintoism further, but it was more of just, it would be cool to learn about these concepts and enjoy them, but I couldn’t force myself to actually believe In them.
As I grew up, and even now, the more education I receive, and the stronger my skills of logical reasoning become, the less and less sense religions, or even deity concepts, make.
Honestly, muslim died for me.
Let me explain. After the douche called Recep Tayyip Erdoğan became the president, everything changed and he started to rule Turkey with (in my idea...) non-ethical ways, with using the "power" of the religion. Always made the stupid people (mostly uneducated people i mean) follow his steps in the wrong way and the people who follow him started to act like it.
Of course people who are against it and still believe Mustafa Kemal Atatürk*'s way of ruling the country are the ETHICAL ways, denied Tayyip's ways and THEY WERE AND ARE STILL BEING JAILED, PUNISHED AND SO ON for not following his ways.
That's why i think Muslim is died.
*(Atatürk is the first president of Turkey, who build the old and better Republic of Turkey until Tayyip came to the "throne")
That happens when you have no idea about history, and when you don't know about the glorious past of superiority in the Christian civilization.

Well I used to he some mix of Christian and Baptist but when I started HS I learned my religion wasn't the oldest which I thought was odd at first but it wasn't till the 3rd year of HS did I start really questioning it as I learned about the religion more and what was written in the book along with the horrible implications of it so I fought with myself for a little while with this new information and decided I can't believe in that anymore
When religious leaders believes that it is ok for him/her to do but it’s not ok for you to do the same.
Was Christian.
The hypocrisy of it all and the general state of the world. The fact that I had to follow it in general really threw me off.
Christianity.
Common sense.
