Yes. The past is the past. Once it's forgiven, there's a clean slate.
Not just that, but what about second marriages? Let's say the guy is widowed, he's then not eligible for another marriage because he dared to have lain with another woman beforehand?

One has to be realistic. Virgins after a certain age between ages 16-21 aren't common to find.
Turning someone down that's a decent person because they aren't a virgin is stupidity and greatly increases the risk you will be alone for the rest of your life.
Why you left that question open for guys? :)

Depends very much on the situation. This is not black-and-white. Maybe they were married in the past. Maybe they lost their virginity a long time ago and have grown and matured since then. Maybe this may be that. Whether they’re currently a virgin or not doesn’t necessarily matter as much as whether they have grown and learned from it. Whether or not people on their mistakes and learn from them says a lot about their maturity. Unfortunately, many people prefer to blame others for their mistakes and people are slow to learn and show to mature.

That depends how devoted you are to the religion.
