What's that mean during the sleep paralysis a demon or a random person (I don't know) tell me about his sadness and i comfort him with hugging after that he said if i look like that do u still want me to hug me and show his face. I want to push him but i can't move i was keep shaking. I said every religious prayer and he wasn't gone. It was not like others time in my past sleep paralysis it i did like that i wake up.

there's nobody else. you're processing your own trauma. you're comforting yourself. this is a very common theme in people who had bad shit happen to them and being powerless about it.

Sleep paralysis means a person can't move certain body part for a while. That's all it means nothing else

you can still be in a semi-dreaming state while in sleep paralysis. that's how some people have out of body experiences.

i used to have sleep paralysis and there is no known medical cause for it. In my experience it is always accompanied by some sort of demonic attack, as in literally being choked and compressed by a demon and or seeing an "alien" experimenting on me, etc. It doesn't happen as often as it used to happen, but it still happens about once or twice per year now.
