I'm really curious about this. It is said that what we feel in non-REM sleep is real. Do you agree with the idea that you can physically feel things in your dreams?
i. e Sometimes I feel like I'm falling from somewhere. :)

While dreaming, it is possible to experience physical sensations such as pain, pleasure, heat, cold, or pressure. This is because the brain can create realistic sensory experiences based on memories and sensory information. The sensation of falling, for example, is a common dream experience that can feel very real, with the body reacting as if it is actually falling. However, the exact nature and extent of physical sensations in dreams can vary from person to person and from dream to dream. It is also important to note that dreams are not always accurate representations of reality and are often influenced by individual experiences, emotions, and subconscious thoughts.
When the dreams are lucid enough, strong enough, yes, I can feel the things.
That sensation happens during REM-sleep.
I'm a very vivid dreamer, so I've had quite a lot of that type of dreams - I'm not always grateful for it.
Yep…my boyfriend does lucid dreaming and does the falling thing a lot…

Falling dreams are an absolute classic nightmare. I had these as a child. Usually I would wake up at „impact“, sometimes to find that I actually managed to fall out of the bed. 🙄
I use to float around my parents house like I am in pool
