I know somebody who suffered a lot while being a young person, but they later became a huge success, and I read some of the things they wrote online, and was amazed at how spiritual and religiously enlightened they were.

It makes me think God grinds the souls of his warrior the way you ground grain, so he can make them great, because the biggest character trainer is opposition and adversity.

I also heard from a scientist that the plants on the hilltop are more robust and stronger because their extreme exposure to winds make them tougher than plants that grow up in less wind resistant areas on the hill.

Human beings are also beautified when they face adversity and grow from it, without giving up or turning away.

Is there a bible or religious document quote for this idea?
