Yep society loves to overcompensate for who they blanketly see as the group doing well. It's similar to affirmative action but in terms of what people are allowed to socially get away with because of their skin color. That's classic 'progressive' logic.
You have every right t share your opinion but I honestly strongly disagree im not gonna go into details but black people have it way way worse and imma stand on that
SJWs make the dumbest arguments. The next time one of them tells you that minorities can't be racist, ask them "So if a white goes to Africa, he can't be racist because he's then a minority?" Watch them squirm to find a way to claim white people can ALWAYS be racist, regardless of demographics.
It's heartwarming to see this kind of message coming from a women. There is still hope for women then, not all of them have been brainwashed by all this SJW bullshit.
Yes, I am glad a woman finally sees the truth. Laughing at all the pink downvotes on this post. Keep downvoting girls... show your true pathetic hateful sheepish brainwashed selves.
Very nice take. This is very true, and I completely agree.
Throughout history, White people have indeed been assholes... rich son of bitches who enslave other races.
However, in the modern world, no one should be discriminated or treated as less because of their race. It's indeed true that racism towards other races is seen as the biggest deal ever, while racism towards White people just doesn't seem to matter to society.
Coz white people not working with white people. They tried to make black people less black but their whiteness make the black ppls world more bright n black people thought they r being discriminated. So, whatever u Do, u can't make them feel white. So stop that n work with white people. Let the black people work with black people.
White people don't really deal with day to day discrimination as often as other minority groups do (with isolated exceptions) so whenever white people do experience it they see it as a power move.
Minority or not, racism is racism. Also, we face discrimination. The fact that people can be openly racist toward white people and not get punished for it is a discrimination. All the "affirmative" actions benefiting other people are a discrimination for white people.
@Guanfei we live in a society where at the time it was enacted it was because it was rare to ever get a job as a person of color or even a legal immigrant.
Even today (deny it as you may) despite having minority workers being financially beneficial to an employer, statistics show that affirmative action still only barely balances the scales for all minority employment vs white employment rates.
Its not difficult to see that sort of law as only practical when our society is still struggling to hang, no matter how pure we think the population is.
I should've mentioned affirmative action as well actually, because that's something I really hate. Forget black and white skin for a minute, forget all that, just put it like this: Is it racist to higher person x over person y because of person x's skin colour?
I think it is racist to higher one person over another because of their skin colour, and you shouldn't be hiring people to fill a diversity quota. You should hire people who are good for the job. Black people tend to be the minority in the population, so it makes sense that, because there are more white people, more white people will be employed. This isn't racist - it just means that there are more white people.
Say you have 1000 white people and 100 black people. Maybe 500 of those white people are qualified for the job, and 50 of the black people are. That means a white person has a substantialy higher chance of being hired, simply because there are more of them, and we're only taking into consideration their qualification
There's a difference between populations and employment ratios. These are statistics collected through neutral environment, meaning equal admission we'll call it.
Does it take into account anything other than "this person hired more white people than black people"? Because if it doesn't, then it's just another bs study that means jackshit. Does it take into consideration qualifications, the way the person presents themselves, first impressions, etc. Or does it just say "this person hired more white people than black people, therefore racism".
It means that with a relatively diverse job application ratio, it's very telling based on not the amount of people because of the majority, but the amount of people despite quite diverse applications.
I'm fairly sure there are actually laws against racial discrimination when hiring anyway, so if you really believe you weren't hired because of your skin colour, you can sue them.
cause if something bad happened in the past done by one "group", history tends not to forget that. it's like that with black slavery (even though the slave holders in africa where those slaves came from where black as well) or with nazis in germany. people don't really think about the fact that the people alive today have nothing to do with it anymore.
The reason Whites suffer the most from it is because the word itself was coined to be used against Whites. The word "racism" was coined by communist jew and mass murderer Leon Trotsky in 1930 in a book called History of the Russian Revolution. Anti-racist is a codeword for anti-White.
"Take a look at this: Man spits in baby’s face and tells mother: ‘White people shouldn’t breed’ This is a bit racist, and the fact the man was spared jail when you can be arrested for tweeting about Muslims kinda shows a bit of racial bias. "
Heh. Don't worry. White population is going down anyway. Grats people who hate black people.
Must be on different timelines. My buddy was driving us back from my bachelors party in the mid 90s - got pulled over and I saw what a black man gets to experience in The upper Midwest. Racism is up to each individual person to maintain. I think we have a natural affinity toward people like ourselves (in this case, we looked different but thought similarly), and people are often rather visual. We are given biases from family, school, friends, society and experiences - how we chose to comport ourselves and to address when injustice presents itself isn’t our choice. We can rail against the past (easier imo) or we can address the present (beginning with a particular focus upon ourselves). Why are we so quick to condemn others or bristle had a perceived slight about a group we perceive we belong to when it comes to racism issues. I did not call the cop out on racism (I was in shock about what I saw and it extended to me to a degree). My buddy was cool and worked his way through
The process and started writing letters. He got justice - because he diligently worked through the process. I failed, but learned from his example. Racism is something we choose.
The problem with society rn is everyone wants to victimize themselves so they are never held accountable or responsible for their actions. So it's easy to cry racism to justify bad behavior or lack of success/ambition.
Oh dear, you're in for a whole cargo of hate and insults. No one can discuss the eternal victims statut of the black community, and even less how evil are white people. Hope you're ready for what's coming at you.

What is it with all the stupid pink down votes? If you seriously hate whites with a passion them fucking leave the usa and go elsewhere
We are also to blame. We've become too scared of minority groups to question and oppose their blatant racism. That must end we must unite and and engage.

I mean... We're not exactly minorities.

Yep, problem is It's very difficult to prove and those companies / establishments usually have very good lawyers.

Why can't it be All Lives Matter? And why should I be called a racist for saying that?

*white people*
Don't thing white people suffer the most but I do think it's the most accepted to bash on white people these days
Yeah the leftists have made it cool in America. It's sad really.
"suffer the most" is stretching it. But they get taken down the hardest over it.
White people have literally NO idea what ethnic minorities are even saying about them in their own languages... in their faces lol.
Remember in like, 2005 when people weren't having this race war and it didn't matter if you were black or white?
Good times.
lol and you are 17?
@LimitedBenefits no I'm actually 52 ( ͡°з ͡°)
ah alright

Everyone gets shit
I think everyone loses involving hate
