There seems to be a massive disconnect in my personal opinion.
So, let me make sure that I understand this right. I can, without proving beyond a reasonable doubt and without due process of law, take away every democrat’s constitutionally protected rights? Just because I think that they’re a criminal?
If you have any issues with this statement, but are perfectly happy that trump was denied a Constitutionally protected birth right of every native born American and had his 5th amendment rights violated, then there’s an issue here because today, it’s the candidate you don’t like, but where does it stop? Today, it’s you can’t run for president. Tomorrow, it’s I don’t need a reason to search your house. Today, it’s “I don’t need to convict you in a court of law. Tomorrow, it’s, I don’t need a reason to throw you in a concentration camp.

Why would you use such an unsympathetic person like Trump as an example, when there are plety of others?
Julian Assange, for example.
Using one of the most hated men, makes it more poignant. If you’re not okay with it happening to you or your family, why are you so willing to allow it or tolerate it happening to someone else… just because you don’t like them.

It goes something like this:
First they came for group X, but I am not a part of X so I didn't care
Then they came for group Y, but I am not a part of Y so I didn't care
Now they are coming for me and there is no one left to speak on my behalf.
The point is, injustice is injustice no matter who it happens to and when you let the pieces of shit get away with such injustices, they will come for you next knowing you won't fight back.
