Snoop Dogg: the king of charisma?

I haven't heard too many people who don't like the the "dogg-father" aka "uncle snoop" who is somewhat controversial for the degree he loves the chronic and "pimpin'" mentality. Often the smoothest mofo on the block, is it fair to call him one of or even the king of charisma?

He definitely has a lot of charisma and knows exactly what he's doing. And he seems quite intelligent too.

I dislike this "pimpin' mentality" though. Then again, I'm not quite sure how much it is meant satircally and how much is serious.

I'd say it's about 50/50, I find it hard to argue though because it's obviously worked for him :s
