Guys it doesn't matter what you have now. what would you prefer to keep. Dad bod, lean, jacked?

Becuase some people have different bodytypes to accomodated certain prefered hobbies or lifestyles such as a firefighter or martial arts expert... etc

Girls what would u prefer? Does your partners physique play a role in your preference?

My goal is to become the best version of myself I can be before my youth is over. your 20s are the golden years when it comes to your physical ability.
Currently im working to get a 10 % but damn... it takes decipline decipline decipline.
