I like a guy to take charge and be firm in the relationship. Tell me what you're think and what you want, don't always let me have my way because then I get bored very easily. Relationships are about 2 people and I want to hear and do the things you want to do too.

As for the second part of your question...I like to have the last word during arguments. But on text and im, I expect him to say bye, good night, c ya later, etc. Don't just sign off without closing the conversation.
