Why some girls simply refuse to stand by other girls at workplace - as if these others are going to steal their man. My boss (a woman) often asks women to do night shift even when there are guys around.

If girls don't take care of other women, surely men will exploit us.

Don't bring in the excuse that these people may have kids at home or they may be a hooker getting denied income. She knew damn well what her job was and that it may require her to work night shifts. Either work the hours or quit and allow someone who is happy to work have the job.

Also who gives a fuck if there are guys around. Remember when you are in trouble that one guy working there may be the one person who saves your life but you women are out here acting like all guys are going to attack you.

If you don't like it, find another job. Since you say you're a part-time hooker, make it your full time 9pm to 9am career.

Your boss is not your friend, she is not there to cater to you or anyone else. As for putting women on the night shift unless you do have family & have obligations elsewhere your boss can put you wherever the hell she wants.

I am not sure whether it is biological or cultural, but both men and women seem to feel a certain amount of sadism towards young women and children, adult men are seen as more rugged and less shrill, women once they get to be old gradually gain some similar respect and they are seen as wise grandmas, but when young women and children make demands people think to themselves how dare this "spoiled little bitch" forget their place.

Lol because women don’t really like each other. They don’t know how to be friends. They talk mad shit behind each others’ backs. I work in nursing, always drama. They say they stand by each other, support each other, but they really don’t. Nothing wrong w women working night shift. If that’s part of the job so be it. If they don’t like it whether it’s a man or woman then find another job.
