Why don't fit men like short women?

I'm so devasted. :'(
Every single guy so far that I've met was into tall girls... and for some reason every guy I've been interested in there ex girlfriend or ideal woman was like either 5'9-6'0... :'( including the guys I use to like (they married women who were 6'2 and 5'9)
And I don't know but they would make fun of my height too... like they'd ask, "how tall are you?"
And I'd say, "5'1..."
And they laugh and say "you are so short!" Even dudes who are freaken 5'7-5'8 joke about my height too. I hate it.
I'm beginning to think being a short girl isn't so appealing anymore.
At first I thought it could be cute because I always wear heels and I can come off as kiddish and get away with stuff because of my height but now I realized it isn't something a lot of men I'm into are attracted to.

As a "taller" girl, I can assure you that you are likely just being very selective. Most guys still want a girl shorter than them and it's cute and feminine to be short. I'm 5'7 which isn't insanely tall but I still feel really unfeminine in comparison to most other girls that are also shorter.

I am 6'2, and have no problem with shorter women. If there is chemistry, height is not an issue.

From a compatibility stand point, I had a 5'1 ex, and the sex with her was great. It seems sometimes with taller women, legs can get in the way.

Don't take it personal. I don't think they're purposefully trying to hurt you, they just find it cute that you're short.
