I think your average woman just tends to be more loyal to a guy that has some balls. You don't necessarily need to be a "bad boy," but you do need to be able to look her in the eyes and call her out on her bullshit. The main problem with the so called "nice guys" is their sheer willingness to capitulate to her whims when he should be telling her to shut the fuck up. That nice guy will allow a girl's vacation to Vegas because she saved up for it and really wants to go with her friends... then wonders how he caught a venereal disease from his woman 3 months after she came back.
My problem with "bad boys" is they're just as emotional as bitches. He might be able to maintain her submission to him, but if she's providing all the logical direction in the relationship and he's the guy that has to be driven home because he got too drunk or got into a fight... she's going to start to resent her disposition.
You can easily put a woman into place if she's out of line by using logic. An argument doesn't have to be emotional... because facts don't care about her feelings. The "bad boy" that isn't making rational decisions and is just as emotional, he's going to start losing any logical arguments with her because she'll be able to always say "what about that time you..." and so on. She will start to view him as a hypocrite. Respect and fear are two different things as well, so even if he's getting his way, he's losing her respect by doing so. Anyways that's just my thoughts on it.
Again the nice guy though... a woman will use a simp, she won't respect him though. The nice guy is easy to control and that's how he gets his chance to even try.
