I don't see how the two can be compared. Maybe there are some exceptions where weight isn't a person's fault, but for the most part, it's their fault they are fat. A guy doesn't choose his height. A short guy can still be attractive anyway. The guy I like right now is about my height (and I am 5'4) and I find him to be very attractive.

For one, a man's height is not something he chooses. Unless she has a rare condition or something, being fat is her own fault.
Second, girls don't typically go after fat guys either.

You can't permanently increase your height once your bones fuse and that happens between the ages of 15 and 25. Stretching exercises don't work the way you think they do.
Leg lengthening operations can add 1 inch Max and it is an excruciatingly painful healing process and in some cases causes legs to have weak points which makes them easily breakable.
