Are new generation kids much more attractive and tall?

I have a cousin and she's 15 currently and one day she was hanging out with her friends in front of school, there were boys, girls and all of them were so freaking tall and handsome and beautiful I was like damn, new generation is pack of models. Her mom, my aunt is really short, as well as my uncle, basically all of our family excluding her is short, no taller than 5'8" and I believe she's 6'3" or something, she's the youngest in our family and is like sooo pretty, I'm almost jealous😂Soo are new generation kids much more taller and attractive?

It's just the familiarity bias.
People in your grade or class will always appear less attractive to you than other people.

It is simply because you have gotten desensitized to them.
It is the same mechanism that prevents us from being attracted to our relatives.
Spending so much time growing up with someone probably makes our genes think that we are related to them.

Evolution probably didn't account for public education and for the fact that young people might find themselves growing up with the same people for as long as a decade at a time.

I don't think so, at all. At least not in North America. Here most kids nowadays look like they're 13 at the age of 19. They're physically shorter and fatter. A huge number have psychological deficits as well.

I guess they are getting taller because of the hormones they put in food and the better health system. But I don't think they are getting more attractive. My classmates were born between 2000 and 2001 and I can't really agree that they all look like models. Most of them are plain Janes and ugly dudes (two guys reach the average level, but that's it).

I think so, because I know many like 2002 and 2003 generation kids and they're all taller and much more beautiful. So, I don't know maybe that's a thing

The average height and puberty age is getting lesser and lesser.
Just Google "youngest pregnant girl" it's a 5 year old girl.

Yes as a secular trend we are getting taller. But in western countries i think that trend is fading.
