Well if there is enoigh evidence ( which there is ) . I think we dont need to register him, to the sex offenders list that is. Id say we can register him to soon to be dead worthless pueces of filth list
It's a travesty. The judge should be thrown off the bench. The man should get prison time and registered on the sex offender registry just like the rest of us would be. I may not have a law degree, but I know ethics when I see.

There is more to this than just a deal. Why the deal? Was the evidence there to convict? and so on.
To me it seems like a failed justice system but were there any witnesses they could go by? Or is it really just hers against his? Usually in a Court case like this they would usually go by witness's who was there and saw this incident happen?
So if there were witness's who witnessed this happen why didn't do anything about it? Did they just let it happen? Or was there any witnesses at the time? If I was there and saw this incident happen I would immediately call the cops and try to stop it from happening.
I didn’t read anything about any witnesses but since it was on a dead end street, I’d imagine nobody was around and the whole ordeal was probably done in a few minutes. So the likelihood of someone else having caught it is small.
Seems like the Justice system is broken and allowing criminals to be let off the hook so easy. The same as the Justice system is broken in Canada letting too many get away from being put away for years this is just unacceptable and wrong and he should have been sentenced to life in prison with no Chance of parole. No one should deserve this not even women or men. But he shouldn't have been let off the hook so easy.

It doesn’t matter whether she should have trusted him or not, he shouldn’t even have done all of that in the first place and all the consequences he could have had coming (like the minimum of 5 years in jail sentence) were justified. He literally got a pass. He hasn’t gone through shit compared to what he put her through.

Hey, if women get a "Pussy Pass" when committing the same crime or a much worse crime, this is totally fair. I support this decision. There is probably more to this story though. The media hides a lot of facts.

Since courts and society thinks it's okay for women to commit crimes without getting punished, the same should be applied to men or it ain't equal. Does that mean it's correct for criminals to get away? Obviously not. So either put all the female criminals in the past in jail or let the future male criminals free to make things equal.
