Dressing provocatively is never an invitation for someone to get harassed or assaulted.

If a woman is dressing in slutty, revealing clothing, then it’s obvious she’s asking for sexual attention from men whether she knows it or not. It certainly doesn’t mean she deserves to be raped or assaulted, but let’s not kid ourselves here.

not all rapes are equal. In those scenarios the rapists don't even think they're raping but think it's kinda consentual. Not condoning that behavior. I also wasn't talking about rape, more like fondling and groping and harassment/
Not all murders are equal either. In what scenario would a rapist believe that the person is giving consent? I'm a little confused by what you meant. The only way it's considered consensual is if the other person says "You can do this to me." Not asking or not getting a reply is not consent.
And even if you're not talking about rape, sexual harassment still isn't okay. A person's body is not your own piece of property that you can touch just because you can see it.

What you’re basically saying is that a person is allowed or partially allowed to commit a crime if the victim makes it easier or more appealing to them. That violates the most basic human rights related to safety.
