Just because you dislikes a thing doesn't mean it's unnatural. Both rape, theft, murder, revenge, greediness, hate, earthquakes, viruses/bacteria, cancer etc. can be as natural as love, caring, wanting a relationship/relation etc. Things being natural or unnatural doesn't mean you've to like or dislike it.

Cancer is natural, but that doesn't mean I'm obligated to like it. The way we're using electricity, certain medicines etc. may be less natural, but we can still find it beneficial and like it.

Exactly. No one is saying that it was wrong of us to discard rape and other “natural” inclinations of the human psyche, but we are saying science and biology doesn’t care about what people think. A lot of the times, biology and evolution is cruel and that’s just something we have to accept about the past. Now, today, we can surely go past our biology and we don’t have to be slaves to it.

To it’s entirety, no I don’t think rape is natural because there’s usually a process of males proving themselves worthy of mating and passing down genes. But I do believe that rape is a natural reaction to frustration whether it’s sexual or something else.
