Do you guys think Sweet Anita should have been banned for the N-word?

This happened a few months back but Twitch unbanned her account. The reason for the Banning? She has tourettes and one day BAM! said the N-word by mistake. Keep in mind her father is black both her and her father listen to black music which has a lot of cursing. She literally has no control over some of the things she says if you watch her streams.
Do you guys think Sweet Anita should have been banned for the N-word?
If you watch her lips she makes random "Pop" sounds. I notice the more she's relaxed the more she'll make pop sounds instead of cursing.
