Can't Stop Thinking About a Guy I met on Vacation?

So last Friday night I met a guy on a bar crawl in Prague and haven't been able to stop thinking of him since. I have never felt this strongly about anybody in my life and am not sure if I should risk looking like a desperate stalker and act on it, or just let it go. We met in a bar and began talking about how we were both Canadians living in Europe, talked about school, etc. Then we saw each other again at a club and started to dance, he bought me a beer and asked for my number and invited me to go out with him and his friends again the next night. He even remembered my name from the first bar when entering my digits in his phone. We ended up making out pretty intensely all night, and talking about pretty much everything (movies, family, school, etc.) until the club closed at 5AM. I ended up going back to his hostel because my friends had already left and I did not know the address of my hotel. We made out in the taxi, and then ended up kissing some more in his bed. He even let me use his tooth brush (weird, I know) We spooned most of the night and he was just a really nice person. He didn't even try to do anything more than kiss. When I left in the morning I said see you later maybe (maybe I should have shown more interest, but I did not want to seem desperate) and got his number in case I got lost. A friend of mine sent him a facebook message seeing if they wanted to hang out with us again, but he didn't write back until he was in Switzerland and said he just saw the message and had tried to contact us too but hadn't gotten through (maybe this was not true, and maybe he saw the message before but I also had phone trouble in Prague) I added him on facebook but nothing has happened since then. I can't stop thinking about him though...help!? He doesn't live that far from me (I live in Germany, he lives in Switzerland) Should I write to him, or just leave it. He is never on facebook chat either... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

obviously he seems really interested especially if you guys exchanged numbers and whatnot you should definitely write to him on facebook or even call him if you have his number maybe he doesn't want to seem too desperate either?

It might seem tragic if you never get to hook up, but I think these long distance fantasies just intensify feelings which otherwise aren't there.
