Best idea would be a kick in the balls.
What if it is a female attacker?
Don't let picture assume it is only male attackers.
If its a female attacker, i would advise attacking the face, nose and eyes,
Problem with heels and kicking is, you lose a lot of footing and stand really unstable if you raise one leg to the kick.
So you need to be a skilled fighter to pull it off.
