Pedophilia is an attraction to children- prepubescents, not legal minors. That's all it is, and all it ever has been. Killing a person for that is no different than killing them for being homosexual. In fact, it's no different than killing them for being short. It's not a choice that a person makes; NO ONE would choose that if it were.

But assuming you meant "child molester" instead of "pedophile", then of COURSE I'd have a problem. Murder is murder. There's a reason we have a court system, and that it has an appeals process- false convictions happen all the time.
