Person A
-Make the healthcare system the best in the world
-Clean up the inner cities
-Save the environment
-Fix the roads, bridges, airports, etc to make them the best in the world
-Replace silly low paying jobs with real higher paying ones
-End the wars
-Make every drug legal and regulated them
-Make the education system the best in the world

Person B
-Throw women in prison for getting an abortion
-Ban gay couples from getting married
-Throw people in prison for weed
-Control people sexual lives
-Whining about athletes kneeling during the national anthem
-Whining about trans women playing sports and using the women restroom

I am a for real Fascist, who would pick some of column A and some of column B.
Column B comes from the fevered and delusional imagination of a Democrat, or some other type of leftard, who has drunk deeply of the left's Kool-Aid.
I would be more inclined toward column A, but what would differ would be how I went about doing those things and why.
1. Make the healthcare system the best in the world
The USA had close to the best system in the world before Obama screwed it by trying to socialise it. Socialised medicine does not work. Period.
2. Clean up the inner cities.
Bring back manufacturing industry (which Trump was doing) and the unemployed would have jobs and prosperity would return to the nation. The answer is productive industry that value adds, not governments that pay people to sit on their arses in abject poverty.
3. Save the environment
The left's idea of 'saving the environment' is to return a squalid pre-industrial society. What they are too ignorant of history to understand is that this leads to poverty, misery and mass death. Our plan is to make intelligent choices. Coal and oil and far to valuable for their chemical content to continue to burn them to boil water and to propel vehicles. Our answer is generous funding for research into zero-point energy (Tesla's work), thorium reactors and nuclear energy from other sources, geothermal energy (it is 24/7, in any weather, clean and free), biodiesel and biogasoline (bacteria can produce it from garbage, for close to free), replace toxic chemicals and plastics with safer alternatives as they become available.
4. Fix the roads, bridges, airports, etc to make them the best in the world
The USA used to have the best road system in the world. Eisenhower built it, inspired by what he saw that the Third Reich had built in Germany. Work on national infrastructure could begin tomorrow, by ending what the Founding Fathers described as 'foreign adventures' and spending that money on public capital works. If there was a mandate that contracts could be given only to US owned companies, that had to use only US made materials and employ only US citizens, the boost to economy and the standard of living of Americans would be enormous. That was the major part of how Hitler took Germany from a failed state in 1933 to a world power within six years.
5. Replace silly low paying jobs with real higher paying ones
The way that the left wants to do this, by imposing government pay mandates, shows their economic illiteracy. Unless, of course, the left's real agenda is to destroy more jobs and business, to trash the economy further, to cause more breakdown in society, to create the factors that they think will lead to an October 1917 uprising. The way to create jobs that pay more is to restore the country's manufacturing base. Bring those millions of manufacturing jobs back from China and Mexico.
6. End the wars
Yes. End the 'foreign adventures' against which the Founding Fathers warned. End the military industrial complex, against which Eisenhower warned. The money that should have been used to maintain and expand public infrastructure in the USA has been pissed away on wars in far-away places, which have achieved nothing for the USA.
7. Make every drug legal and regulated them
I would make most drugs legal.
I experience brain melting basilar migraine headaches, for which I cannot obtain adequate pain relief. The only thing that works is an opiate. Try to get one, even for a legitimate medical need. - lol
If the weak minded who become junkies want to overdose and die. . . that is not a problem, it is a solution.
8. Make the education system the best in the world
I would begin that process by purging the system of all the Communist activists who are pretending to be teachers. They could be shipped to North Korea, where they could enjoy a Marxist "workers' paradise". Home schooling would be encouraged. Schools should be for education, not indoctrination.
