This has happened to me plenty of times on here before.
Ex: My statement: Rape has been observed and cited as adaptive within our past evolutionary history.
Strawman: You think rape is good and should be done today still.
My statement: People of all races/ethnicities are biologically different due to their origins on this planet, specifically the divergence of groups of people to different parts of the world around when Pangea split.
Strawman: You’re racist.
My statement: A holistic approach, including vaccines, should be taken into consideration when treating & dealing with COVID.
Strawman: ANTI-VAXXX!!!
What do you do about people creating a strawman of your points?
because you're a strawtegist... with your arguments in here, I've seen them around
you do quote the words, claims and statements from others in order to engage with people, and then you twist that premise in a way you see convenient for yourself...
and then you alternate between the two... "not my words" and "I didn't claim it" as much as " I believe " and " "in my experience"
and then you also go around to disregard others' opinions as "you're not an expert" while still trying to validate your perspective as a NON-expert, so...
I frequently encounter users who will accuse me of having made statements that I actually never said, and wouldn't endorse, just so they'll have something to whine about.
It’s hard to defend against, especially since sometimes (one out of three times in the examples you cited) the straw man is right (except replace the word “you” with “evolutionary biologists”).

The strawman is right about the point they are strawmanning but not right about the point that the person they are talking with is making.

Humans are like 3-4 million years old. Pangea split about 200 million years ago. Humans all originated from Africa and migrated outward from there
That's actually nothing. Try arguing against transference sometime. That's when someone falsely accuses you of saying or doing the exact same thing they're saying or doing. "Lucky" for me, my ex-wife has Narcissistic Disorder, so I've had plenty of experience in those situations over the years.
Say that that wasn't your argument and repeat what you said or rephrase it. Like going from "I don't like that the government is taking money that I earned from my paycheck" to "taxation is the government exploiting the surplus labor value of the working class".
