No, I don't agree; abortion should be banned in all circumstances *except* for dire threat to the mother's life and limb. In all other cases, it should be punished by public flogging and execution for maximum deterrence.
I may not believe in abortion unless there's a rape, but I don't want this asswipe telling women what to do with their bodies, either. Just like I don't want some government boot licker democrat telling me to take a vaccine that doesn't work 4 times

@WonderBell99 Well it obviously affects the baby, lol. Why your rights are more important than those of the baby. However, the vaccine also does not affect anyone. It is obvious that vaccines do not protect against virus transmission, vaccinated people are not safer than unvaccinated ones, as 95% of vaccinated countries have records of new infections every day.
@tar12 - what if the mother is homeless? Would you want the baby to grow up homeless as well?
- what if the mom has psychotic episodes? Would you want the baby to live in a household that could potentially be abusive to the baby?
- a mother must be physically and mentally ready to carry the baby up to term. If abortions are made illegal, many would switch to illegal and unsafe methods.
- Vaccines help in weakening your symptoms. I don’t get it, im not forcing anyone to take the jab, but why are people so against it? Why are they making a big deal out of this?
@WonderBell99 Oh, come on. The child can be given up for adoption. There are many coulpes who cannot have biological children and would be happy to adopt.
As for vaccines, they have not been tested enough, they are obviously not effective enough and it is still unclear whether there will be any side effects in the long run. Vaccination should be a conscious choice of each person, not something done under duress. But some people want to force everyone to do what they think is right. And weird why these are the same people who always repeat "my body is my choice" or "it's none of your business" on other issues.
@tar12 If you believe vaccines are a person’s conscious choice, then why dont you think abortion is the mom’s choice either? If you’re really concerned about the baby’s life, why don’t you adopt it?
Do you even know how shitty the condition of foster care/adoption system is? Do your research. Some women keep the baby when they’re not ready to raise it, and don’t give it up for adoption either. They take out their anger and resentment on the kid and it grows up traumatized. Like why do you care so much about another person’s life? Do you even know their circumstance? You’re not the one who’s gonna carry the child for 9 months.
@WonderBell99 Well, everyone is responsible for their actions. If a woman is in a position to become pregnant without wanting to, she must take responsibility for the baby. This, of course, excludes the case of rape, because then the pregnancy is not her fault. I firmly believe that people in today's society, in addition to their rights, must take care of their responsibilities also. And when they have done something stupid and immoral, to be ready to bear the consequences of their actions, and not always to get away and present themselves as victims.

Is this about the baby having a safe, secure childhood or the mother not taking up accountability? Having a baby is a life altering decision. Condoms are only 80% effective. It takes two to tango. Remember that. But ultimately, it’s the mother who has to go through changes in her body.

I’m pretty sure it’s not even about the baby at this point. If you TRULY cared about the mother and the baby’s well-being you wouldn’t be saying all this.
@WonderBell99 Oh, obviously we have different views. I'm generally pro-life and I don't want to apologize for that. But not in all cases - for example, in the case of rape, I am strongly in favor of the woman's right to decide. And yes, of course it's not just about the mother and the baby - it's never just about that. It is also about some values, about what message we send to young women. I do not think that people who are strongly pro-abortion send a good message to young women. And I don't think they're doing them a favor.

So what if your mother felt right now that whatever you would have accomplished will never excuse the suffering you’ll have to live with and decided to kill you? What if at 7 while you were still reliant on her she decided you weren’t worth the resources?
Nobody supports a woman being FORCED into pregnancy this rape is illegal and most feel very aggressive about it. But was she forced? She knew the risks and was willing to take em and 9 months later there you were. At what point is your suffering vs your future no longer your mothers choice to weigh? When your no longer reliant on her? When you can think for yourself? At heartbeat? At conception? No… it’s at the point she weighed the risks and decided to spread her legs and allow a man inside her. At that point it became a terrible crime to abort that baby. Plan B should be the absolute limit outside rape/incest, which accounts for approximately 1.5% of all abortions together on the highest end by the way, and serious risk of harm to the mothers life. Every life could be a future president, astronaut, genius, or even a simpleton with a sudden brilliant idea for curing cancer… regardless every life, no matter the degree of suffering and hardship, is more valuable then any feelings that any person even a mother has about that life.
@tar12 We are NOT pro-abortionists. We’re pro-choice. We believe that the woman should have the complete authority. I don’t ‘encourage’ abortions. If a woman believes that she is not mentally/emotionally/financially prepared to raise a kid, and out of her own conscious choice, IF she wishes to abort knowing the consequences, then she must have the right to do so. You cannot force someone to carry a baby. That’s ludicrous
