Everyone should be allowed to say it. Those who use the hard R would be in seriously poor taste. But whether it's ending in an A or a hard R, everyone can say it. Anyone who thinks only some races should be allowed to say certain words is explicitly racist.
Their own people say yes they are allowed but they keep bringing it up I don’t think that they should say it. Because they say it so much in the basketball court and when the white guys are playing too it probably will slip out because you’re still used to hearing it
To me no one but an African can say it. And it's not my place to judge an Africans use of it. I don't agree with anyone else saying it. Blazing saddles was the exception, it shows the mostly ignorant hick whites using it. While the Africans in it were portrayed as intelligent and capable and even though the whites treated them like crap they still helped save the town.
No. If you bane one group, then all groups can't use it either. By not doing this is racist.

I personally would never use the N-word or any other word that could be considered racial slur towards people of colour. I'm white so I don't feel comfortable with it. If people of colour and those who it affects want to use that word for themselves though they can if they like. It can be a way of them taking power from the word and reclaiming it.
Everyone is allowed to say whatever they want. If people are weak bitches and get their feelings hurt, then they should stock up on tissues and tampons.
Every race and nationality has been abused and a slang for them created! Blacks act like they are the only ones in the world mistreated. Not by a long shot! Look at Native Americans and Asians!
If you are an American, then you know that citizens are allowed to use anywhere they want, regardless of how this tasteful that word or its implications maybe.

Nobody should be allowed to use it. I’m black. Unfortunately my fellow black people think they should have privilege to words and money because our ancestors suffered. Our ancestors would not want us to use the word.

I mean I wouldn’t say all that. Most are just misinformed, ironically the same people that wanted to segregate schools in the past are the ones that want to restrict the teaching of black history in school

I'd say it's better if only they can use it.
The point of that was to help them take back thag power the word had on them since it was a word associated to their oppression.
I really don't mind if people call me a "cheap Bo-hunk" - that's a compliment to my financial planning. Not sure about the other, except it's commonly used , and mostly by other blacks.

I don’t think its a word mature people in general (black and white) tend to use.
To me it's just a word. But to others it may not be, so I don't use it.
