Free phones in Texas for everyone?

I live just a few miles from the border here in the good old lonestar state and I see these approximately 100 people an hour running into the country while speaking Spanish to each other, and as you may have heard, the former border patrol/now degraded to waiters/babysitter are hanging out free phones. Does anyone know if I can go out there and get a free phone too? I think maybe I'm disqualified because I'm an American and I don't speak Spanish of course

You're right. My pale skin is often a problem. They call it white privilege = privilege to work 50 hours a week all my life so I can pay for other people to do nothing and still have the same shit I do. How come unemployed people have cars and houses and eat lobster

The real privilege is to have your family pay taxes for multiple generations then watch the government and corporations that don't pay taxes favor people that never paid taxes, then have government and corporations insult you and accuse you of being a privileged bigot.

Well, there's lots of people from around the world crossing over there so, just sneak over into Mexico long enough to get in with the next bunch coming through and get a phone. If you can muster a foreign accent, all the better but, why would you want a tracking device?
Also, be careful they don't get you mixed up with them, scoop you up and toss you onto one of the buses taking them all to the capital or Delaware or wherever else Biden spends most of his time hiding! I hear they might even ship you to nutty Nancy's house!!
