Face it the red army in ww2 never spared any woman or child. From age 8 to 70 you girls were fair game for soldiers of the red army.

All allegations of war crimes (rape is a brutal war crime) should be reported. As soon as Bucha was liberated (recaptured) by the Ukranian forces, there should have been medical teams either Ukranian or international collecting samples to verify these allegations. However, I understand that in a war zone, law and order is a luxury and priorities are demining and removing booby traps as well as any hidden enemy forces. However, the bodies that were left there and left in shallow graves. Forensics can be done on them to determine when they were killed, how they were killed using which bullets, and at that time were Russian forces in charge of the city or not. If the Russian forces did commit mass murder then there is nothing stopping them from committing mass rape.

It's a common sense thing with war. Better all together not start a war but once war happens its going to be a thing. Why would anyone want to be in the front line of any war without the first pickens raping the locals.

Many people are ignoring Ukraine or just doing lip service to 'oh no this is bad', that's why. I'm from Ukraine (in Poland at the moment for safety) and it is getting harder for people to hear truth. History, if you can dismiss rape of Nanking and the Armenian genocide then you have issues. Same goes for any war. No one holds a camera up for you and records a rape so you can justify its authenticity.
