Why can't people just flush when they poop?

The bathrooms at work end up smelling so bad, we all have to go but why can't people be more mindful or use common sense. If it's poop or diarrhea if people would just flush the second it comes out the smell wouldn't reach the surface so much... thoughts?

it's unreal the problems society has and I've heard worse than that bathroom issues.

My personal opinion is those people need caught and fired. It wouldn't hurt to catch the parents and discipline as well.

You'd think we have evolved, but we've unfortunately devolved for all too many.

I understand some days it smells worse then others depending on what we eat but if they would try and flush and not let it sit there until they are done, bathrooms wouldn't smell as bad. I know they still would but it will help from other people gaging when they come in

I never understood why people do that, or why sometimes there's toilet paper all over the floor, like who does that and why? I wish there was a camera and it would blurry out the private area but it would show who these sick people are and I bet they would stop doing it if everyone know who they were. What's even sicker is that it's usually always the women's bathroom who is like this, and you walk by the mens and it doesn't have all these puddles on the floor or toilet papers on the ground.

I have no clue.
I've never been so proud of a poop that I had to leave it for someone else to see.
I wonder if they wash their hands?

Not to see but to smell. I mean to say why can't people flush while they poop so that the smell doesn't stay there if that makes sense.. poop flush poop flush

That’s a trick I learned in the military lol. There’s something manly about smelling up the entire office and marking your scent though.
