Why do you imagine that such a system would be administered in a fair and reasonable way? Ever dealt with an activist HR department, or a manager that didn't like certain types of people?

This kind of thing is exactly what the government and corporations want, but if you think that YOU will benefit, then you are criminally naive. It would just make you - and the rest of us - literal slaves. Imagine not being able to buy food because your score won't get you into a store or restaurant.
