Why is the presidential election a one day thing, (yeah, I know, it drags on) but the primary process somehow has to start on the East Coast? (I think it's either New Hampshire or Iowa that gets to go first) Why? What sense does this make?

But in all seriousness, if the primary would have happened in ONE day, who would you have voted for. I'm not listing all 21 of them, but just the top players. I live on the left coast, so my vote is absolutely meaningless. I voted for Trump, but Tulsi would have been my second choice. My brother and I just can't understand why Tulsi and Joe Manchin are Democrats. They're way too sensible to be Democrats. AOC is the perfect Democrat. She believes cow farts will destroy the planet.

Emphatically. It pretty much just guarantees that whoever the Party leadership approves of will get the nod. And I'd vote for Tulsi, like I did in 2020, mere hours before she dropped out. Yang would've been a decent second choice; for all the man's good ideas, I have no idea why he took the second-worst one and used it as the focal point of his campaign.

I couldn't agree more. Tulsi and Yang were the top of the bunch, and we ended up with the biggest turd in American history. He's not even allowed to answer questions. He's nothing but a sock puppet, and I'm not just saying that because I voted for Trump. I would love it if Tulsi was the president, because Putin would NEVER have invaded Ukraine, gas prices wouldn't have doubled, and the border wouldn't be wide open.
they can't do it all in one day or it's much harder, if not impossible to figure out where they need to send truckloads of "ballots" because their guy is losing. 🤣
It is so you find out about the candidates. Republican voters figure it out and actually pick their candidate. Democrats never do and DNC decides who it will be not the voters. Hillary beat Obama , but DNC didn't count Michigan and Florida points giving it to Obama. They also use super delegates to eliminate the people's pick. They cheat in their own primaries and yet they wouldn't dare cheat in general election , yea right and I am Prince Albert.

No, I'm talking about the presidential primaries. There were about 25 to choose from in the beginning, but by the time the vote rolls around to the West coast, you get to choose from one candidate. It's such a lame system.
Yes, but the East coast gets 25 choices, and the West coast gets about one choice. That may have made sense in the horse and buggy days, but now there's no excuse for it.
Isn't that a problem with the democrat party rather than the government. The democrat party's process for electing a presidential candidate is known not to be very democratic anyhow.
