Does your culture influence if you live a western lifestyle?

As in when you meet someone you like, in western culture what your parents think isn't the most important thing but obviously its best if they love them. North American culture is unique and many cultures live here but do not live in the western culture. In our culture you should be on your own by 22 and the more independent the better.

In America, we have many cultures, they often form their own communities... it is encouraged. The children go to American Schools, get an American education and speak English... They are 100% American... simple. The Immigrants may take longer to feel "At home" here, but there is No hurry and No pressure... be Happy

Yes but the aren't in American culture they are in a 3rd world culture and its communal not similar at all to American culture. None of them are on their own trying to survive they stay with their parents for years.
