Should English only speaking Americans be worried about finding a job because they don't speak Spanish?

With the recent influx of illegals that only speak Spanish it may be harder to find a job unless you speak Spanish because there are so many customers/clients that need Spanish speaking companies to accommodate THEM.
In my State alone 41% of the people are Hispanic. I was desperate to find a job and everyone needed Spanish/English speaking employees.
It got to be whenever I was called for an interview, I would just ask them if speaking Spanish was a job requirement. It was! So I stopped going on interviews. After all, I was low on money and I had to put gas in my car for these jobs I wasn't even qualified for. It took me 14 months of serious job hunting until I found a job. The job I finally landed had only English speaking clients (and plenty of them).
I wonder how people in Texas, etc., are going to deal with this problem when the time comes for them? For those that don't want to work right now, they may want might want to factor this in and reconsider their options (or learn to speak Spanish now).

@Agagagagaga finally getting some truth here! Thank you! So you saw what I'm talking about with your own eyes. It's definitely discrimination to not hire someone because they don't speak fluent in Spanish! What are your thoughts!
