Is it just where I live or have motorcycles gotten to be annoyingly quiet lately? And why do they have to be such crappy and risk-taking drivers?

Maybe it’s just where I live but I’ve noticed that motorcycles don’t seem to be loud anymore like they used to be.

Its gotten to the point where they are as quiet as Teslas and I find this annoying.

I’m so used to motorcycles being loud on the road because that is how you know that they are there.

But it seems like every single motorcycle I’ve come across lately has been extremely quiet.

And it just makes it so frustrating and annoying when I’m commuting because

1) They like to speed
2) They weave in and out of traffic
3) Its extremely hard to see them on the road because the vehicles they drive are SO FCKING SMALL and you can't EVEN FCKING HEAR THEM ANYMORE.

But seriously. Are these people asking for a car to run them over?

Because it seems like everything they should be doing, they are doing the complete opposite of.

Nevermind just the fact that you have no way of knowing when they’re nearby without looking. And even then its three times as hard to spot a vehicle that’s 1) speeding 2) weaving in and out of traffic 3) smaller than average

I'm a hardcore superbiker and just for information there are two types of bikers.

1. The ones you mention - drive rash, weaving in traffic, loud exhausts, no safety gear n so on.

2. Ones like me - Ride in city limits following all rules and no unnecessary weaving. We touch highways out of city and then speed up. No loud exhausts, either full race suits with helmets or proper safety gear always on.

But why does the exhaust have to be so quiet?

Isn't it good that its quiet? Loud exhausts are only for performance machines where you be split second between top 5 racers. In street it's just a nuisance innit?

Not really. They’ve been driving quiet bikes on highways where I live
