Do you consider the people and the government of a country as separate groups or do you consider them to be the representatives of one another?

I myself consider the people of a country and the country's government to be separate entities or groups.

This is to avoid any kind of hatred that I may have towards any country's government for its particular actions, to be reflected on its citizens staying in my country.

I believe that I am doing the right thing. What do you think?

In the absence of corruption they would be reflective of eachother.

However in reality they're usually only reflective of the most wealthy and elite of the county.

Right now democracy is only a tool to build a pretext of public consent to what goes on.

If you want to know the state of things just look how the buying power of the average working American has evaporated since 1970. You think that's reflective of what they wanted?

No it's because the elites didn't have to fear ww2 vets ousting them anymore so it's back to all out corporate tyranny.

even within the same group of political voters I make differentiations, as they are not all the same

I just rather see people as individuals and take it from there, life and living can be much more simpler that way, lol

Separate. Just look at the USA. Half of the country hates this administration. And the other half hated the good administration that was in office before this one.

This a problem on the right wing. You elect representatives from your populace. But feeling theyre above you or separate means you feel less influential over them.
