The whole world has changed people are so in tune with titles nowadays and if you are a boss or if you are a supervisor with one of those titles you think you're a leader and it's the furthest thing from the truth bosses and supervisors or people who are just given or appointed that job they are picked randomly most of them don't even know how to change a lightbulb or would make it so difficult for anybody else to do it because they're not sure of what they're doing I've owned two businesses the first thing I do when I hire somebody is a let them know if you ever call me boss or if you ever call me supervisor you are fired right there on the spot that is an insult to me a leader knows how to control everything around them they are not afraid to taking on the job themselves everything becomes one everything works together we're supervisors and bosses are scattered everywhere I will follow a leader off of a cliff if they are good leader I wouldn't follow a boss or supervisor anywhere

Leaders haven't changed, society has.
News is not news anymore, it's marketing.
Whether you support him or not (I don't) Bernie Sanders was right about one thing. A reporter remarked about how consistent he's been over the decades. And he said, "that's great I'm consistent. And then a Republican gets elected". "You can't policy if you don't win the election".
To quote George Carlin our elected officials are a product of "garbage in, garbage out". You want better? Demand better!

This is what to Trump elected in the first place. He had a clear vision for this county and did not flip flop according to the latest poll numbers.
People want that in a leader instead of the flavor of the month we are getting.
