Well, he's an idiot of course.
Let's take that first graphic and continue its logic:
STATES: Abortion is none of our business until the fetus is viable, so we revert the issue back to the women.
>>> That's what Roe v. Wade did.
It's rooted in the Tenth Amendment:
===
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
===
To the current SCOTUS, they think it's only:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively.
and that the people can go fuck themselves.
That's the difference between this Supreme Court and the one 50 years ago.
50 years ago, people's lives actually mattered.

I don't agree with Ben. I don't give much credence to throwing entire populations into left or right either. Living in a representative republic as we are, it's never really certain that legislators are voting the way their constituents actually want them to. Much of this is dependent on location. However, overall polling by the Pew Foundation (they're about the best evidence based outfit going) shows that 41% of all Americans favor abortion up to 14 weeks with few exceptions, and an additional 22% say "it depends".
So for Ben to unilaterally declare the "the left" considers babies a burden, tool or obstacle, is silly. He's gotta sell his brand though. It's much more realistic to point to the "right's" lack of legislative support for post-natal programs, policies and aids to mothers giving birth in poverty or slightly above. That's documentable, while Ben's statements are mostly emotional.
I don’t like this guy. But basically the left is saying that abortion is an established right (lawyers call it stare decisis, which is Latin for “it’s already been decided”) and the Supreme Court shouldn’t take it away.
He makes sense, not the federal governments business... its the states business. The left for some reason, thinks state governments should be dissolved and we should have a giant central government.

It is his usual clear thinking!
Seems like he's trying to make hatred of women seem edgy and cool instead of just hatred of women by painting it in the tone one would use if they had discovered a contradiction. And probably the majority of his audience will believe he has pointed one out, even if they don't understand what it is, because that was the whole point of all the loyalty.
No, because abortion is a choice; you can do it or not do it. Banning abortion takes away that choice. Convservative or not, only an IDIOT would choose to allow the government to take away the choices you have to your body and life. (And no, I'm not even Liberal or on the Left. Am pro-choice, though.)
While that's how the law may be written or read, that is not the intent of the Supreme Court. The purpose was not strictly to give rights to the state.
It is a thin veil.I completely agree with this Ben Shapiro is completely right like he normally is and should be sitting on the Supreme Court get rid of Robert’s for Shapiro
He's spot on. The federal government needs to focus on their actual job. Kamala is in charge of the border, and she's never been there.
I don't understand why all the alt right people in America declare war against the left and any other political opponents, they're so arrogant and ignorant 🙄
SCOTUS has gotten the US Government out of the abortion business. We never should have been in it. I agree with that.
I agree with the first picture. The second one is true in some cases, possibly many, but not a statement I think should be expressed that generally.
I wonder what Ben Will say if/when the republicans take both houses and the presidency and attempt to pass a federal abortion ban? hmmmmm
They hate Ben because he gives them the bad tasting medicine, he speaks truth to power. Big meany telling mean facts.
he's right they only hold standards until it is convenient then abandon them
Have you read it yet?
He is totally correct.
