How can you make abortions illegal?

Not all abortions are intentional. Your body can "abort" the baby and it's an abortion in medical coding and terminology. How can you make that illegal? Missed abortions and spontaneous abortions can't be legislated.

They're pretty cut and dry on what they ate, and they're abortions, hence the name. The only abortion that can be legislated is induced abortion. My point being, abortions can't be outlawed, only a type of them can be.
