I will abit I'm a little sensitive to certain things I'm very insecure and just want everyone to be nice to each other if anyone starts being mean to be or to someone I care about I do get upset but and i hate it when people shout at me it makes me just wanna cry.
But I can take a joke. I worked with 10 men for 3 years and I was told my banter was to harsh so I can definitely take what I give. I'm not a serious person what so ever and am constantly making fun of myself but at work and in family people act as if they have be really careful with what they say about me.
Today I was in a meeting at work and all the staff were taking little funny digs at each other then someone said "Alice does Tony abuse you like he abuses me" Tony said"I abuse everyone but Alice because she's young and new" I was the second youngest in the room and I've been there 9 months and he was making jokes towards the younger girl.
Also at my old work I had a big bullying HR thing happen with me. The woman there already had a a terrible reputation before I got in there and when it came out they trying to get me into trouble, spreading lies about me and talking about me behind my back I was told I was too sensitive and they don't say things to my face because it's like stepping on eggshells with me when I only retaliated once when one of them shouted in my face for something someone else said about this woman so I ran off crying and said I was done with the place.
