Question

Doctors in states that allow for limited abortions are already waiting too long to give women abortions until it's almost too late to save the mother. An entoptic pregnancy can be fatal for the host & does not produce a viable fetus that would survive. Going into labor in the first & early second trimester & not being able to expel the fetus can lead to major infections of the uterus & even death if not aborted. Even if a fetal heart beat is still detected, there is poor chance that the fetus will survive or develope properly. Rape & incest victims have a higher chance of suicide if forced to give birth to their rapists/incest baby. Maternity wards are closing in states like Texas in high numbers or are limited on days they are open & some don't have a close backup hospital. Leaving the mother to either give birth in the ER & be sent home after their baby is just hours old without being monitored for post-birth complications OR attempt to make it to the next hospital sometimes an hour or further away OR trying to be induced into labor on the first day the ward is open, only to be sent home because labor is taking too long & they are closing the ward. Is the USA prepared to deal with this & so much more?
