This is what equality should look like. It would also prevent a lot of needless deaths by suicide. If you’ve ever really loved a man, you should want what i want. Especially if you’ve ever lost a man you love to suicide or death from the natural consequences of addiction. Also, i LUV crocodiles and alligators! I wonder if I can get a komodo dragon as a emotional support animal. It would be funny as hell to end up on the same plane and that guy. Though I think a lot of people use emotional support animal policies to get a pet in a apartment complex that don't allow them and things like that. But a guy with a emotional support animal is no where as bad as some woman that has some small yappy dog that she takes everywhere, treats like a infant and parades around with her all the time. I have seen women pushing them around in a damn stroller for fuck sake.
Anyone can need emotional support, what does gender have to do with it... I know most of your posts are meant jokingly, in fun... But, too many times men really are made to feel like they're less of a man if they show emotions... We're all human and we all have emotions. One gender shouldn't have a right to share or show their emotions and not the other...

Being someone who has trained federally protected legitimate working dogs since the 90’s, these people are a major issue to my line of work. One bad apple thing makes the real teams life harder. They don’t care either.

The fact that you are willing to believe something this preposterous - without question - about American men speaks volumes about your atttude towards the US.
I've seen blood and guts, been in more fights then I care to think about, been stabbed multiple times, looked down the barrel of at least 3 firearms, shot at, nearly killed, my shoulders are scarry mess from a household iron, my neck has a hairline fracture from a fight, I was even forced to listen to people dig my grave while they discussed how they were going to kill me.
As a result of a lifetime of violence I startle easily and I get freaked out in crowds when I'm alone. Though I don't have an emotional support animal I could probably use one, would you take it away from me?
I can't help getting the impression, a lot of these support animals are actually the needs of narcissistic people to show off their exotic/expensive pet. Isn't it obvious that for the ongoing costs of such a pet they could get competent therapy to take care of the supposed root causes? I am glad that keeping larger exotic animals in private ownership is next to impossible here. I once saw pictures of a guy dragging a full-sized peacock into an airplane, that should be bordering on animal abuse if not worse. :-/

Sort of like the Harambe craze, the "emotional support animal" craze got to peoples heads, and all of a sudden everyone picked up an animal they can annoy others with.
Firstly there is no medical or scientific basis to "support animals". Also, pretty much anything can be one - it's not anything official. The problem is that some daft idiots have them mistaken with " service animals" like guide dogs - of which they are not.

Well, I have a Snow Leopard as an emotional support animal that I keep in the bedroom and a small grizzly bear in the living room. The last time someone broke in the house while I was at work, all I found were bones and a little blood on the tile. I want to try flying to London with the Snow Leopard in the seat next to me. I'm not one to lean on statistics but yknow all that "men have more scuicides" "more mental health issues" stuff? Well maybe more men would be okay if they didn't made to feel like shit for having a animal to help with it. Sure it's not a service animal but it's still can help.
If you can't relate to an animal, then I think you will have problems doing so with a person. More and more children aren't given a pet - that concerns me.
I think you mean pet by emotional support animal. Both terms are wrong in my book. They're a friend. Just because you paid cash money for them doesn't mean they are some love robot. If you treat them as such they probably hate you.

Nope, it’s not that black and white. Some of those men have been through and dealt with things that make them more of a man than many others. They’ve been through it and not broken, and still have compassion. That’s actually strength!! Others may use it as an excuse to play the forever victim, then yes those obviously need to grow up but I’d never be harsh to them (just avoid any close relationship with them as it’ll only drag you down, until they’ve dealt with it).
I would say no. Men are just as susceptible to being depressed as women and even though I personally dont really get it, I understand that some people like having an animal to feel intimate with.
You see men are humans. We do need emotional support whether it may be an animal or a human or even a plant for that matter. We're no different, we're humans too.
