No, what if we get the wrong guy? However he should be ostracized completely. We need like a prison island or something where these monsters can fend for themselves amongst only themselves
See that's the thing while rape is a brutal crime and lowlife scumbags who commit such crimes deserve to rot, I don't know if I'd personally say death penalty just for the fact that false rape allegations are probably a lot more common than murder, terrorism etc. As they may not be as cut and dry. but this is just speculation. Prison inmates apparently don't take kindly to rape and often get killed in prison anyway from what I understand, but again I've never been to prison.
Still we can't say judgment is going to be always right. I saw a video where people were spending decades in prison until they got released finding they're not guilty
@d3n0939 I think that is the primary reason why there has never been a strong enough standard punishment for rape... i. e. for fear of the wrong perspn getting accused.

I would if the victim is a child under 9 and there is DNA evidence.
No. That's horrible and I will not become horrible in the name of justice. Not to mention people who have been executed and later found innocent.
Death penalty doesn't decrease criminality and the jail is another world. They have their own justice system.
I think life time prison is the best option.
I don’t support the death penalty because nobody asked to be here evil or no we have no right to take life we didn’t give
i think suicide squads should be a thing or rehabilitation or something killing them won't stop raping
No, execution is painless. Castration would be a better punishment.
No because they'll be more likely to kill their victims.
I would support it no matter who it is and who they victimised
Needs to be proven first.
Right now, nothing is yet proven.
I've never seen a situation where the death penalty is a good solution. It's either too much.. or nowhere near punishing enough.
depends what you mean by rape. if we're talking textbook rape, stuff against kids, violent ones, murder rapes, etc, in most cases yea

happens all the time
i don't support the death penalty at all so now... buuut life without parole for those fucks sounds about right.
Rape, murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, repeat offenders on violent felonies…
yes if guilty beyond all doubt... That or chemical castration...
Would someone that falsely accuses someone of rape get the same sentence?

No. How many men have been exonerated years later?
I think they should suffer in prison. Death is the easy way out.
No, rape is a violent act , but not worthy of death.
Some women all but ask for sexual aggression. Sorry but true
I think chopping off the Johnson is a better solution.

We can't trust women. Most manipulative ones are them, they can make false ones.
Yes and no. If they are actually rapists , then yes. But so many falsely accused.
