I'm just gonna guess:

You look like you have depression and your misunderstood but sensitive but you don't show it really you express yourself in a manner that looks like your strong but really you hurt easily. You look like you want to speak up but you feel like it's pointless so you say fuck it.

You want to connect but curl up inside instead and when you do connect you try to be more open. It's a back and fourth battle.

You fight yourself on who are and who you are trying to be.

You feel a bit more hopeless more then you like and feel like something is wrong with you which makes you feel insecure. You reach out because you want more and are looking for something to feel real and tangible.

You want to feel alive but feel restricted.
