In the French presidential election this year right wing Marine La Pen made a lot of progress party due to gaining support from younger voters.
An even larger percentage voted for further right then La Pen Eric Zemmour.
Also right wing organizations like Generation Identitaire have gained much support from younger people.

In the recent elections in Sweden and Italy a lot more young people voted for the far right then usual.

But in America during the midterms Gen Z voters voted for the Democratic Party from 60 to 70 precent.

Yeah I saw it first hand in Rome. The ones from South Asia didn't bother me. They mostly own shops and kiosks, and even the ones who are street hawkers are usually respectful.

This is what happens when you let any random person into a country without asking whether that individual person's culture is compatible and/or if there's serious evidence that the individual has the right motives & goals. To me it was always obvious that even if we didn't ask these questions, just as a matter of justice, if people from our western culture are treated poorly in a country by 90-99% of the people there then we should never even think about accepting one of those 99% in our own country.

In Perpigan, really? That's where I wanted to visit originally but ended up going to Ax-les-Thermes instead. I was still considering Perpigan in the future, but maybe now I will skip it. After Rome, I'd rather avoid places that have liars and robbers.

Yeah, I heard north Africans are pretty bad too. I find North African culture very interesting, and the women are gorgeous, but I chatted with a few North African girls on GAG, three of them living in France, and there always ended up being some issue, because they always have one foot still in the Motherland. I had North Africa on my bucketlist for a long time, but now I see I wouldn't like it, and if I DO decide to visit some day, it will most likely just be for a few days from a European country. The only North African country that really appeals to me now that I would like to visit properly is Algeria, but they don't want Americans there. :(

Muslims claim their religion teaches them good manners, but they don't have them. I was looking into visiting Kenya and Zanzibar, but there is something about Black Muslims in particular that scares me.

Sadly I think you are right, especially with taxis, but Rome was the worst I've seen it anywhere. I know, I was looking into Tunisia, but after seeing other Mediterranean countries, I don't think the cities and ruins would impress me much. I see I could still visit for a few days from Europe, but it's probably not worth flying all the way from America and staying 10 days. But North African culture is very interesting to me, but it's one of those places that I feel would be better to visit with a local friend. In terms of culture, Tunisia does seem more progressive like Turkey, but I heard a lot of tourists get sick and scammed.
