Is it justified that audiences are encouraged to enjoy male actors taking their shirts off whilst it's called objectification when females undress?

Young male actors almost invariably have to take their shirts off or undress to underwear at some point for audience enjoyment, and possibly have to get undressed more than female actors nowadays.

Is it justified that audiences are encouraged to enjoy male actors taking their shirts off whilst its called objectification when females undress?

Ogling women is now considered distasteful and problematic objectification at least to some extent, whereas it's seen as much less of a problem in the case of men.

Would you agree this is a fair response of the imbalance of power between men and women, particularly amongst producers and management in the entertainment industry? Or do you think it is a problematic double standard?

It is justified, ogling female actors is more problematic than ogling men because of the background of misogyny and sexist power imbalances in society
No, they are equally problematic
