That is an over generalization. and a lot of what you see is fueled by tragedy grifters like Sharpton, and media sensationalizing anything that can be made to fit the narrative.
It’s all over the place bro. It’s on Netflix series “dear white people” and everything. All over social media showing white people as the most evil and most racist people on earth.
Black racism against whites is culturally encouraged. It’s going to end badly as it escalates.
