Low self esteem and insecurity based on physical appearance seems to be a common issue among many people of all ages.
We all should strive for beauty, but it's not always easy to find,
For over ninety percent of us are metabolically unfit. The media promotes androgyny and normalizes disease,
Which only further complicates the search for beauty's ease. But if only our health was good, we'd all be very beautiful,
Each of us would come close to what we were truly meant to be full. The perfect physical specimens we'd be, so strong and fit,
Living to our fullest potential, no more worrying about it.So let's embrace our natural beauty and strive to be healthy,
For only then can we become truly beautiful and wealthy.

Nope. Cameras are good for recording history/knowledge and distributing it to the masses. While they can be used for evil, they can also be used for good just like any technology. Cameras are an extension of language in a way. When it comes to mirrors they have their uses. It's your choice how you utilize them. Sure you could stare at yourself like a narcissist all day long, or you could used them in a reflecting telescope to look outward to the stars. It's all really just a matter of perspective.

no i think the issue is social media. mark zuckerberg knows his instagram is causing people to feel bad about their bodies. facebook was originally called "hot or not" and it was model around which girl was the hottest and which one was the ugliest at his school.
he promotes psychopaths like kim karhdashin and make young people feel suicidal. zuckerberg is a piece of shit. but the good news is he has lost tons of money and his empire is coming to end. people are tired of dating apps and parents are tired of unwanted attention from perverts.
No, the world would be better if Americans weren't fucking sociopaths.
We would never know about things that could embarrass us
